Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
All orders placed before 16:00 (4:00 PM) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
All orders placed after 16:00 (4:00 PM) will be processed and dispatched the following day.
This rule applies every day, including weekends.
Please note that processing times may deviate during public holidays. Any adjusted processing schedules will be announced and published at least one week in advance prior to the applicable holiday period.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping & Delivery Providers
We use the following delivery partners:
- Porterbuddy – fast home delivery in selected areas
- Posten Norge – nationwide delivery across Norway
Available delivery options will automatically be shown at checkout based on your postal code and location.
3. Delivery with Porterbuddy
Porterbuddy offers fast and flexible home delivery in selected cities and regions.
Depending on location and order time, Porterbuddy may offer:
- Same-day delivery
- Next-day evening delivery
Delivery takes place within the selected time window shown at checkout.
Customers receive SMS and/or email updates with live tracking and estimated delivery time.4. Delivery with Posten Norge
Posten Norge provides nationwide delivery across Norway.
Estimated delivery time:
- 1–5 business days depending on destination
Delivery may take place to:
- Mailbox
- Pickup point
- Parcel locker
- Home delivery (where available)
Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and selected method.
We offer free shipping on orders over NOK 1,000 (after discounts) within eligible areas.
7. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete address information
- Ensuring accessibility to mailbox or delivery location
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or inaccessibility, additional charges may apply.
If unattended delivery is selected or standard for the chosen carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer once the parcel has been delivered.
8. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, operational disruptions, or high order volumes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over.
9. Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the relevant carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
